One Part to Be Given as Subsistence Allowance of the Church Workers & Their Dependents

The church workers (Levites) and their dependents get what is left of the tithes after the Sabbath meal.
21 I give to the Levites all the tithes in Isra’el, says the Lord. NUMBERS 18
The church workers are given the tithes in return for the church work they do (Number 18:21). Therefore, unless the church worker is sick, disabled or retired, “if he will not work, he shall not eat” (2 Thessalonians 3:10); he gets no share in the tithes.
What about the offerings? The priestly community gets one part.
Offerings kept from the fire
3 This is the share due the priests from the people who sacrifice a bull or a sheep: the shoulder, the jowls and the inner parts. DEUTERONOMY 18
38 I am the only inheritance the priests have. You are to give them no possession in Isra’el; I will be their possession. 39 They will eat the grain offerings, the sin offerings and the guilt offerings; and everything in Isra’el devoted to the Lord will belong to them. 40 The best of all the firstfruits and of all your special gifts will belong to the priests. You are to give them the first portion of your ground meal so that a blessing may rest on your household. 41 The priests must not eat anything, bird or animal, found dead or torn by wild animals. EZEKIEL 44
8 All the holy offerings the Israelites give Me I give to you and your sons as your portion and regular share. 9 You are to have the part of the most holy offerings that is kept from the fire. From all the gifts they bring Me as most holy offerings—whether grain, or sin or guilt offerings—that part belongs to you and your sons… 12 I give to you all the finest olive oil and all the finest new wine and grain they give to the Lord as the firstfruits of their harvest. 13 All the land’s firstfruits that they bring to the Lord will be yours. Everyone in your household who is ceremonially clean may eat it. 14 Everything in Isra’el that is devoted to the Lord is yours. 15 The first offspring of every womb, both man and animal, that is offered to the Lord is yours. But you must redeem every firstborn son and every firstborn male of unclean animals. 16 When they are a month old, you must redeem them at the redemption price set at five shekels of silver, according to the sanctuary shekel, which weighs twenty gerahs. 17 But you must not redeem the firstborn of an ox, a sheep or a goat; they are holy. Sprinkle their blood on the altar and burn their fat as an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 18 Their meat is to be yours, just as the breast of the wave offering and the right thigh are yours. 19 Whatever is set aside from the holy offerings the Israelites present to the Lord I give to you and your sons and daughters as your regular share. It is an everlasting covenant of salt before the Lord both for you and your offspring. NUMBERS 18
Offerings taken from the fire
12 Take the grain offering left over from the offerings made to the Lord by fire and eat it prepared without yeast beside the altar, for it is most holy. 13 Eat it in a holy place; it is your share and your sons’ share of the offerings made to the Lord by fire; for so I [Moses] have been commanded. 14 But you and your sons and your daughters may eat the breast that was waved and the thigh that was presented. LEVITICUS 10
11 This also is yours: whatever is set aside from the gifts of all the wave offerings of the Israelites, I give this to you and your sons and daughters as your regular share. Everyone in your household who is ceremonially clean may eat it. NUMBERS 18
29 Say to the Israelites: Anyone who brings a fellowship offering to the Lord is to bring part of it as sacrifice to the Lord. 30 With his own hands he is to bring the offering made to the Lord by fire; he is to bring the fat, together with the breast, and wave the breast before the Lord as a wave offering. 31 The priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall belong to Aaron and his sons. LEVITICUS 7
In addition to their share of the offerings, the priest community (the Levites with exclusive jurisdiction over the officiating of the altar functions) is also entitled to a share in the tithes. Their shares are pooled and apportioned among themselves. Excluded from the pool are the offerings and gifts specifically given to a particular priest.
32 You are to give the right thigh of your fellowship offering to the priest as a contribution. 33 The son of Aaron who offers the blood and the fat of the fellowship offering shall have the right thigh as his share. LEVITICUS 7
9 All the sacred contributions the Israelites bring to a priest belong to him. 10 Each man’s sacred gifts are his own, but what he gives to the priest will belong to the priest. NUMBERS 5
Each priest is given according to his need (Acts 4:35). However, those who work hard, especially at preaching and teaching, should be considered worthy to receive double pay (1 Timothy 5:17).
The head of the church or ministry gets no allocation. But he gets the tithe on tithes.
20 You [church head] will have no inheritance in their land, nor will you have any share among them; I am your share and your inheritance among Israelites… 26 Speak to the Levites and say to them: When you receive from the Israelites the tithes I give you as your inheritance, you must present a tenth of the tithe as an offering to the Lord. 27 Your offering will be reckoned to you as grain from the threshing floor or juice from the winepress. 28 In this way you also will present an offering to the Lord from all the tithes you receive from the Israelites. From these tithes you must give the Lord’s portion to Aaron the priest. 29 You must present as the Lord’s portion the best and holiest part of everything given to you… 31 You and your households may eat the rest of it anywhere, for it is your wages for your work at the Tent of Meeting.
