God’s Message to Children

²² Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old… ²⁴ The father of a righteous man has great joy; he who has a wise son delights in him. ²⁵ May your father and mother be glad; may she who gave you birth rejoice!  PROVERBS 23

¹⁹ He who robs his father and drives out his mother is a son who brings shame and disgrace. PROVERBS 19

²⁵ A foolish son brings grief to his father and bitterness to the one who bore him. PROVERBS 17

⁸ However many years a man may live, let him enjoy them all. But let him remember the days of darkness, for they will be many. ⁹ Be happy, young man, while you are young and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see. But know that for all these things, God will bring you to judgment. ECCLESIASTES 11

God’s Message to Parents

¹⁹ Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. MATTHEW 28

At the end of the day parents should be able to pray: 

⁴ I have brought You [Father] glory on earth by completing the work You gave Me to do… ⁶ I have revealed You to those whom You gave Me out of the world. They were yours; You gave them to Me and they have obeyed Your Word… ¹⁰ And glory has come to Me through them. JOHN 1
