Disposition of Tithes & Offerings

Do tithers have a say in the management and disposition of their tithes and offerings? The answer is No. They leave its management and disposition in God’s hands.
Who has the say?
8 I Myself have put [Aaron] in charge of the offerings presented to Me. NUMBERS 18
Aaron was the highest officer of the church of his time. God has given the say to the highest officer of the church. “Aaron” may delegate the management and disposition of tithes and offerings to other church members, but the final say stays with him.
Does God really need our tithes and offerings? Why give to Him who has everything?
9 I do not need bulls from your farms or goats from your flocks; 10 all the animals in the forest are Mine and the cattle on thousands of hills. 11 All the wild birds are Mine and all living things in the fields. 12 If I were hungry, I would not ask for food, for the world and everything in it is Mine. 13 Do I eat the flesh of bulls or drink the blood of goats? PSALM 50 tev
21 Nothing can be added to Him and nothing taken away. SIRACH 42
25 He is not served by human hands, as if He needed anything. ACTS 17
God is not after what we give. He is perfect and complete, not wanting or lacking in anything. God asks for tithes and offerings to benefit us in the Church, not Him.
One Part to be Eaten During Sabbath
Philippine churches collect tithes and offerings then send the tithers home hungry and thirsty. That is misappropriation and not pleasing in the sight of God. Kleptoclerics pocket the tithes and offerings. Again, that is misappropriation made worse.
4 You must not worship the Lord your God in their way. 5 But you are to seek the place the Lord your God will choose from among all your tribes to put His name there for His dwelling. To that place you must go; 6 there bring your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and special gifts, what you have vowed to give to the Lord and your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks. 7 There, in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your families shall eat and shall rejoice in everything you have put your hand to, because the Lord your God has blessed you. DEUTERONOMY 12
Sabbaths are feast days. God tells us to eat and rejoice with our loved ones and the less fortunate in thanksgiving for the holy and fruitful partnership.
10 Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is [Sabbath. It is] sacred to our Lord. NEHEMIAH 8
23 Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place He will choose as a dwelling for His name. DEUTERONOMY 14
19 Set apart for the Lord your God every firstborn male of your herds and flocks. Do not put the firstborn of your oxen to work, and do not shear the firstborn of your sheep. 20 Each year you and your family are to eat them in the presence of the Lord your God at the place He will choose. 21 If an animal has a defect, is lame or blind, or has any serious flaw, you must not sacrifice it to the Lord your God. 22 You are to eat it in your own property. Both the ceremonially unclean and clean may eat it, as if it were gazelle or deer. 23 But you must not eat the blood; pour it on the ground like water. DEUTERONOMY 15
15 After the animal has been sacrificed and presented to the Lord as a peace offering to show appreciation and thanksgiving to Him, its meat is to be eaten that same day, and none left to be eaten the next day. 16 However, if someone brings a sacrifice that is not for thanksgiving, but is because of a vow or is simply a voluntary [freewill] offering to the Lord, any portion of the sacrifice that is not eaten the day it is sacrificed may be eaten the next day. 17-18 But anything left over until the third day shall be burned.  LEVITICUS 7 tlb
8 Whoever eats [the leftover] will be held responsible because he has desecrated what is holy to the Lord; that person must be cut off from his people. LEVITICUS 19
17 You are not to eat on your own towns [property] the tithe of your grain and new wine and oil, or the firstborn of your herds and flocks, or whatever you have vowed to give, or your freewill offerings or special gifts. 18 Instead, you are to eat them in the presence of the Lord your God at the place the Lord your God will choose—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levites staying in your towns—and you are to rejoice before the Lord your God in everything you put your hand to. DEUTERONOMY 12
24 If the place of worship is too far from your home for you to carry there the tithe… then do this: 25 Sell your produce and take the money with you to the one place of worship. 26 Spend it on whatever you want—beef, lamb, wine, beer—and there, in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your families are to eat and enjoy yourselves. DEUTERONOMY 14 tev
Nobody should be sent home hungry and thirsty. God intends for everyone to be filled not only in the spiritual but in the physical as well.
15 The disciples came to Him and said, “Send the crowds away.” 16 Y’shua replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” 20 They all ate and were satisfied. MATTHEW 14
