One Part to Pay for the Church Bills

To be used is the portion left of the offerings after the subsistence allowances have been given. This is tradition, not necessarily biblical. Church bills include building-construction and maintenance, pastoral education, church ministries, overhead expenses, equipment and instruments, service materials and programs.
One Part of the Remainder May Be Apportioned as Follows:
Deposited in the church account
30%
Remitted to the mother church for the purpose of consolidation & redistribution to poor & fledgling churches
70%
Total
100%

The early Christian churches shared their blessings with the poor churches through the mother church in Jerusalem. Let us imitate the example. Let us share our blessings with the poor and fledgling churches. They are our brothers in faith; they too must eat and rejoice before the Lord; they too have workers to sustain and church bills to pay.
On this note, isn’t it necessary for the churches to have a mother church, in consonance with John 17:20-21? To begin with, the mother church can consolidate the blessings from the more fortunate churches and redistribute them to the poor and fledgling churches. It can monitor the movements of the demonic forces at the four corners of the universe and provide the entire Body with real-time updates. It can organize and manage the Body’s war efforts. It can identify the rotten Christians and warn the Body about them. On this score, the mother church can be the Ancient Apostolic Church of the East—the church which Y’shua founded through apostles Peter, Thomas, Matthew, Jude Thaddeus and Bartolomew.
An army that fights against a large, well-organized enemy has less chances of winning the war when fragmented.
Do Not Profane What is Holy
Tithes and offerings are sacred yet it is common to see “men of God” in the Philippines spending their blessings in ungodly places, ungodly goods and ungodly practices. That is misappropriation and not pleasing in the sight of God.
2 Tell Aaron and his sons to treat with respect the sacred offerings the Israelites consecrate to Me, so they will not profane My holy name. I am the Lord. LEVITICUS 22
10 Eat it as something most holy… You must regard it as holy. NUMBERS 18
